About the role

Air Liquide HR is recruiting qualified home-care social workers (OSS) on behalf of Medicasa Italia, a group company founded in 1993 that provides integrated home assistance services (ADI) across Italy. The position covers patients in Milan and the surrounding hinterland.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct support in personal hygiene, dressing, mobilisation (lifting and transfers) and feeding
Help maintain the patient's remaining independence and monitor their basic needs
Work closely with the multidisciplinary home team (nurses, physiotherapists, doctors) to implement the Individual Care Plan (PAI)
Keep the home environment comfortable and safe, and report any changes in the patient's health to medical staff

Required profile

Nationally recognised and valid professional qualification as a home-care social worker (OSS)
Previous experience (even minimal) in personal care, preferably in a home setting
Driving licence category B and availability to travel between patients' homes in the assigned area (Milan and hinterland)
