Hospitality Marketing Manager (Prague)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Hospitality Marketing Manager to join a luxury hotel in Prague. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, engaging guests, and driving revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including the hotel website and social media platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and travel industry stakeholders.
• Support hotel sales efforts through targeted marketing and lead‑generation activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other marketing partners.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards and business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand promotion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.
