Hotel Manager – Luxury Resort in Sardinia

About the role

The Hotel Manager will act as the strategic leader of property operations for a luxury resort in Sardinia, overseeing all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house departments. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the role ensures the brand’s service standards are met while driving revenue growth and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Retail and Recreation departments.
• Develop and execute the property’s operational strategy in line with brand objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and capital expenditures, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coach department heads to optimise occupancy, rates, labour costs and controllable expenses.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction while protecting profit margins.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Proven track record in managing hotel operations, sales or marketing.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage departmental budgets.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in a luxury hospitality environment.
