About the role

As a Hotel Operations Supervisor at Ruby Bea, you will lead the daily shift team, ensuring seamless service across the bar, restaurant, and front office. You will be the point of contact for guests, staff, and management, guaranteeing that the hotel runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations, covering bar, service, and front‑office duties.
• Maintain service, quality, and hygiene standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members.
• Facilitate clear communication within the team and ensure information flows efficiently.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide guests with local insider tips to enhance their stay.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a trendy hospitality or lifestyle‑hotel environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Strong reliability, multitasking ability and eagerness to learn.
• Confident, joyful personality with a sense of humor.
• Comfortable serving international, demanding guests.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
