About the role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner – Talent & Development to join our Italian HR team. Reporting to the HR Director Italy, you will work closely with local leadership and international stakeholders to drive people growth, talent management, and organizational development across a fast‑paced aviation services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as HR Business Partner for corporate functions, advising managers on people‑related topics.
- Support organizational effectiveness, team structure, and capability development.
- Design and implement performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
- Define development plans, career paths, and retention initiatives.
- Create and deliver learning & development programs, leadership training, and capability‑building initiatives.
- Assist with organizational design, change management, and transformation projects.
- Promote a performance‑driven, accountable, continuous‑improvement culture.
- Coordinate cross‑functional HR projects and contribute to HR process development.
- Monitor HR KPIs and support a data‑driven approach to people management.
- Support implementation and adoption of HR digital tools and systems.
- Serve as key interface between local business and corporate HR stakeholders.
Required profile
- Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Development, or Organizational Development within complex, operational environments.
- Background in multi‑site industries such as aviation, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to design and implement learning and development programs.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
- Familiarity with HR digital tools and reporting systems.
- Exposure to Lean or Continuous Improvement environments is a plus.
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics, or related field.
