HR Generalist – HR Operations in Piedmont

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the administrative and operational management of HR processes across the Group’s companies located in the Piedmont region. Working in a fast‑paced, dynamic and international environment, the role collaborates closely with local leadership and the US‑based HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and continuous development of the function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration in partnership with payroll providers and labor consultants, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and company policies.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to employees on operational and administrative HR matters.
• Maintain and update HR databases, produce regular reports, metrics and analytics.
• Coordinate occupational health surveillance and mandatory health & safety training in line with Legislative Decree 81/08.
• Partner with the US HR team on global processes, initiatives and projects.
• Support implementation and optimisation of HRIS and other digital HR tools.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management, employee development, learning and training initiatives.
• Support employee engagement programmes to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles within structured organisations or labour consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and Italian labour regulations.
• Good proficiency in English.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Zucchetti.
