HR Internship (Administration, Training & Organization)

About the role

Bosch Rexroth, part of the Bosch Group, is looking for an HR Intern to join its HR team in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The intern gains hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, supporting HR Administration, Training & Development and Organizational / HR Business Partnering activities.

Key responsibilities

• HR Administration: support onboarding and offboarding, manage university and agency relationships for internship activations and documentation, and provide operational support for SAP ticketing, payroll input data and daily employee requests
• Training & Development: support the planning, scheduling and logistics of technical and corporate training, monitor attendance, collect feedback and assist performance management cycles
• Organization & HR projects: support internal HR communications, organizational tasks and employee engagement initiatives, prepare recurring HR reports and data analysis in Microsoft Excel, and contribute to optimizing workflows and digitizing HR tools
• Work closely with the HR team and internal department managers in an HR Business Partnering model

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduating student in Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering
• Good English (B2 or higher) and fluent Italian
• High attention to detail, proactive "hands-on" approach, strong organization, discretion and good teamwork

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus
