HR Manager (m/f/d) – Resort & Spa

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead the full employee life‑cycle at Arbatax Park Resort & Spa. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, a reliable point of contact for staff, and an organized administrator who ensures HR processes are professional, efficient, and people‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire employee life‑cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development and off‑boarding.
• Advise and support managers on all HR matters, ensuring consistent application of policies.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts and related documentation.
• Guarantee compliance with Italian labour law and internal standards.
• Drive recruiting activities in close collaboration with department heads.
• Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee queries.
• Coordinate with external partners such as authorities, payroll providers, and consultants.
• Support HR controlling, reporting, and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Several years of generalist HR experience, preferably in hospitality or an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law (mandatory).
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Structured, independent, solution‑oriented working style.
• High social competence, discretion, and professionalism.
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability to work strategically and operationally.
