HR Partner – Luxembourg

About the role

The HR Partner will help shape a positive employee experience in Luxembourg, working closely with leaders and HR teams to align people practices with business needs. This role focuses on coaching, compliance, and fostering an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support team effectiveness, organizational development and change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach on people‑related topics, guiding managers through everyday challenges.
• Provide guidance on labor law, policies and employee relations to ensure fair and compliant practices.
• Support and oversee key HR processes across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR shared services.
• Contribute to talent and succession planning, capability building and long‑term growth.
• Drive engagement initiatives and promote an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and propose practical, people‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, business‑facing HR partnering role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong coaching and consulting abilities with a thoughtful approach to supporting leaders and teams.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on employee experience and business needs.
• Experience in organizational design and acting as a change partner in ambiguous environments.
• Solid background in employee relations and talent management within matrix organisations.
• Good understanding of legal and compliance landscape; knowledge of Luxembourg labour law is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and French, with additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish a plus.
