HR Partner Specialist

About the role

Bracco, a global leader in diagnostic imaging and contrast agents, is seeking an HR Partner Specialist to support its Staff Functions. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategic priorities into effective HR actions that drive performance and organizational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with People Managers to identify organizational needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, and workforce planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring consistency and a strong performance culture.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Assist with organizational design and workforce planning to meet evolving business requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement and climate, using feedback to implement improvement actions.
• Analyze people metrics and organizational data to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist or HR Specialist roles within complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English.
