HR Representative – Italian and French (Remote, Italy)

About the role

Nordson is looking for a motivated HR Representative who will support employees and managers across the EMEA region in Italian, French and English. The role is remote‑based in Italy and focuses on delivering first‑line HR service and translation support for policies and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support via a case‑management tool, ensuring first‑call resolution and adherence to service levels.
• Handle pre‑employment activities, employee administration, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, compensation, leave, and training.
• Generate HR‑related reports and assist with translation of policies and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in an HR service environment, shared services, or HR operations.
• Knowledge of Italian labour law; experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Native or business‑level proficiency in Italian and French, and business‑level English (basic Spanish is a plus).
