HSE Internship – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Join the HSE Department at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. as an intern and support the team in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also contribute to a digital transformation project focused on smart Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) checklists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and updating HSE documentation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance for safety and environmental matters.
• Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections.
• Collect and analyse data on accidents, near‑misses, and HSE indicators.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
• Conduct a preliminary study for digital BBS checklists, analysing current processes and identifying digitalisation needs.
• Evaluate digital tools for checklist management and help define a standard, easy‑to‑implement model.
• Collaborate with various company functions to gather requirements for the digital solution.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical/Electronic or related fields).
• Strong interest in health, safety and environmental topics.
• Good command of English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with solid communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (part of the Microsoft Office suite).
