Hub & Logistics Coordinator – Italy

About the role

DESOTEC is seeking a Hub & Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning, transport, and documentation of its mobile filtration units across Italy. You will act as the main liaison between customers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of filters and activated carbon.

Key responsibilities

• Plan filling and emptying of mobile filters based on orders and stock levels.
• Schedule and coordinate transport between hubs, warehouses, and customer sites.
• Communicate with transport partners and external warehouses, adjusting plans for delays or changes.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery notes, and other transport paperwork.
• Serve as the point of contact for operational queries from customers and internal stakeholders, including sales and logistics teams in Italy and Belgium.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an Istituto Tecnico Superiore.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Fluent Italian and good English proficiency.
• Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office.
