Human Resources Director – Luxury Leather Industry

About the role

The Human Resources Director will lead the HR agenda for Nuti Ivo Group, a leading Italian tannery serving luxury brands. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the LVMH Métiers d’Art HR network, you will shape and execute a comprehensive HR roadmap across five entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, training, career development, compensation, HR administration and employee relations.
• Harmonise HR policies and practices across all entities while respecting local needs.
• Advise general and entity management on all HR matters.
• Design and deliver training programmes to build specialised expertise.
• Manage performance‑management processes and organisational design initiatives.
• Create competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with experience leading HR functions in multi‑entity organisations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with CEOs and senior leadership teams.
• Experience in aligning local HR practices with broader corporate policies.
• Familiarity with the luxury or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
