Human Resources Officer – 2026 Season

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our luxury resort team for the 2026 season. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and a primary point of contact for employees throughout their journey, helping to create an inspiring and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for seasonal and permanent positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding.
• Design and coordinate onboarding programs that welcome new colleagues and foster early engagement.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Oversee HR administration such as contract management, personnel files, compliance with Italian labour legislation, and coordination with payroll providers.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee motivation, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
