Hybrid Nurse – Case Management (Naples)

About the role

International SOS is seeking a bilingual Nurse (known internally as a Near Patient Nurse) to join its TRICARE overseas program in Naples. This hybrid position combines on‑site case management with remote coordination, allowing you to apply your clinical expertise while moving away from the daily demands of a traditional hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in‑patient clinical case management in line with International SOS standards.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical and administrative providers, internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Regularly visit or contact civilian and military treatment facilities to obtain updates on patient cases.
• Liaise with patients to collect detailed clinical information, including past medical history, to support accurate ongoing case management.
• Support the medical collection team by obtaining discharge summaries and medical records from care providers.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse or equivalent with registration to practice in Italy.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Own a car and willing to travel to local medical sites.
• Full right to work in Italy.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
