Ignite Intern – Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability

About the role

The Ignite Internship within Coca‑Cola’s Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) team offers a hands‑on experience in a global brand. You will support real‑world projects that advance sustainability, community engagement, and corporate reputation while building a professional network across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies that strengthen Coca‑Cola’s brand image.
• Support sustainability programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and analyse public perception to inform communication tactics.
• Help coordinate communication campaigns, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sustainability efforts with corporate values.
• Analyse stakeholder feedback and propose improvements to ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Communications, Public Affairs, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Italy (no visa sponsorship).
• Availability to start on 1 October 2026 and commit to 37.5 hours per week for 12 months.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, values, and sustainability impact.
• Inclusive, team‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
