Image Events Intern

About the role

The Image Events Intern will support the Image Events team in planning, coordinating and executing events and special projects that enhance the Prada Group’s brand image worldwide. This role offers hands‑on experience in a global luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
• Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Support guest management and event logistics as needed.
• Manage translations, internal documentation and graphic archives.
• Maintain event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
• Help organize meetings and facilitate cross‑functional coordination with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
