Industrial Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Business Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Business Controlling Manager, you will analyse product costs for one of our maisons and support the industrial director with data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and analyse product costs – materials, labour, overhead and variances.
• Execute monthly financial statements, stock analysis and provision calculations.
• Collaborate with the maison division on budgeting, forecasting, sales, production volumes and stock targets.
• Act as business partner for production, quality and R&D units, ensuring accurate month‑end closing.
• Prepare focused analyses on cash‑flow drivers, balance‑sheet changes, one‑off effects and projects.
• Support the implementation of new financial flows.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or Management Engineering.
• 5 + years as a Business/Industrial Controller in a complex manufacturing environment, or 2‑3 years as a Big 4 auditor.
• Strong understanding of cost elements throughout production to finished‑goods dispatch.
• Good knowledge of P&L cost structures based on standard costs and variances.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO, SAP SEM and SAP Business Intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and general MS Office competence.
