Industrial Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Business Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Business Controlling Manager, you will analyse product costs for one of our maisons and support the industrial director with data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and analyse product costs – materials, labour, overhead and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, stock analysis, provision calculations and dedicated maison cost analysis.
• Collaborate with the maison division during budgeting and forecasting cycles, covering sales, production volumes, stock targets and slow‑moving items.
• Act as business partner for production, quality and R&D units, ensuring accurate month‑end closing.
• Deliver focused analyses on cash‑flow drivers, balance‑sheet changes, one‑off effects and specific projects.
• Support the implementation of new financial flows.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business/Industrial Controller in a complex manufacturing environment, or 2‑3 years as a Big 4 auditor.
• Strong understanding of cost elements throughout production, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO, SAP SEM and SAP BI.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
