About the role
Medicasa Italia provides home assistance services across Italy. The Home Care Nurse will deliver preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high‑quality clinical support and health education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general nursing assistance responding to patients' health needs, following the PAI plan.
- Deliver technical, relational and educational nursing interventions, respecting cultural, religious and linguistic specificities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic decisions and proper use of medical devices.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure proper storage of supplied materials.
- Participate in team meetings organized by the central operational unit and prepare periodic health reports when required.
Required profile
- Valid BLSD (Basic Life Support) certificate.
- Flexibility to work non‑fixed hours.
- Physical fitness for the role and personal vehicle.
- Proficiency with personal computer and standard software applications.
