Inside Sales Executive – French Speaking

About the role

Studio Ore, a premium designer and manufacturer of brass taps and home fittings, is expanding its presence in French‑speaking markets. We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive who will act as the main commercial contact for architects, interior designers, developers and luxury residential professionals in France and other French‑speaking regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and high‑end residential professionals.
• Handle inbound enquiries, turn them into commercial opportunities and guide clients through the full sales cycle.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals and support clients with product selection, finishes and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Monitor project pipelines, contribute to sales targets and represent Studio Ore’s premium brand values.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) with excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• Previous experience in inside sales, specification sales or business development, preferably within luxury bathrooms, brassware, kitchens, interior design, furniture or architectural products.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to contribute to a growing international business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
