Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Join UPS Healthcare’s international sales team as an Inside Sales Executive. You will promote a full portfolio of logistics solutions to healthcare customers, helping them optimise their supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Position and sell UPS Healthcare services, including parcel, freight forwarding, and warehousing & distribution.
• Acquire new customers via phone and virtual channels while managing existing accounts.
• Identify business opportunities across the customer’s supply chain and develop tailored sales strategies.
• Achieve revenue targets by delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Map complex supply chains to understand needs and propose appropriate services.
• Build internal and external networks and collaborate with global teams.
• Manage customer master data, prepare offers and contracts, and handle renewals.
• Maintain sales systems, perform administrative tasks, and generate reports.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Business or Sales.
• Experience selling services, preferably in logistics or healthcare.
• Sales‑driven mindset with high motivation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Excellent Italian and English language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
