About the role
We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads, engage decision‑makers and promote our product solutions. The role focuses on building a pipeline through proactive outreach and thorough documentation in our CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers across various channels.
- Prospect new accounts via lead generation, trade shows, follow‑ups and cold calling.
- Research and target appropriate contacts within prospective organizations.
- Engage with business decision‑makers to understand needs and present product value.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate records and update sales forecasts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet qualification criteria.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
