About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader to drive innovative, environmentally‑friendly solutions for B2B customers through digital channels. Based in Milan, you will lead a diverse team of Inside Sales representatives, shaping the future of virtual selling and contributing to the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the Inside Sales team to achieve annual sales‑growth targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, develop and manage a diverse team, fostering process excellence and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with field sales, country functions and other support teams to strengthen customer relationships.
• Coach team members on account planning, efficient sales activities and revenue generation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in Inside Sales, virtual selling and digital communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership and coaching within a sales environment.
• Strong passion for industrial automation, digitalization and Siemens technology portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging customers via phone or video calls.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language (German, French, Swiss) is a plus.
