Insurance Credit Collection Intern

About the role

Ayvens, the global sustainable mobility brand formed by ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is looking for an Insurance Credit Collection Intern in Rome. The intern supports the team in handling claims that can be reclaimed or recovered and learns the processes used to recover insurance receivables.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the assignment of active claims to lawyers so that recovery can take place
• Check that claims assigned to third-party carriers (FCM) are handled correctly and follow up on the recovery of insurance receivables
• Manage the portfolio of claims assigned to non-insured parties (FNI) and send documentation to the client
• Take part in managing large-scale events where insurance recovery is possible
• Exchange information and documents with insurance companies and with the law firms under agreement
• Record cheques and bank transfers received as compensation for claims
• Handle customer and driver complaints and information requests via the CRM

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in technical, economic, scientific or humanities fields
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills
