Intercontinental Controller – Oncology Business

About the role

The Intercontinental Controller for the Oncology Business will oversee financial performance across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Israel and Central & Eastern Europe. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure accurate, transparent, and robust financial data while supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budget, forecast, 5‑year plan and monthly closing for all intercontinental markets.
• Prepare monthly performance analyses (P&L, commercial and headcount KPIs) and highlight variances.
• Consolidate results from multiple countries, ensuring data quality and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor sales, royalties, milestones, operational costs and investments.
• Maintain financial relationships with distributors, affiliates and local partners.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain and Business Development teams to provide financial insights.
• Ensure correct application of transfer‑pricing policies and revenue‑recognition rules.
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to business cases and ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in pharma/biotech or multinational companies with complex distribution models.
• Proven experience in multi‑country financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset, high accuracy and ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• PowerPoint for effective presentation of analyses.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, especially revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
