Interior Designer – Luxury Yacht Projects

About the role

Camper & Nicholsons is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its New Build & Refit Division in Viareggio. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create high‑end 2D and 3D visual designs for bespoke superyacht projects, ensuring every interior reflects the highest standards of luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Develop refined interior concepts, space plans, layouts, and aesthetic direction aligned with client expectations.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings, mood boards, and material boards that convey a coherent design narrative.
• Create high‑quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings, focusing on lighting, textures, and spatial experience.
• Prepare visual assets for client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support project sales.
• Collaborate with naval architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and technical compliance.

Required profile

• Previous interior design experience, preferably in marine or luxury sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and conditions.
