Interior Yacht Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Yacht Designer to create luxury interior concepts that reflect our studio’s signature aesthetic. The role combines high‑end design, detailed 3D modelling and close collaboration with suppliers and CGI artists to deliver polished presentation materials for super‑yacht projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop luxury interior designs that align with the studio’s aesthetic.
• Create precise NURBS 3D models, texture maps, and organized layer structures.
• Produce sketches, technical drawings, plans, mood boards and material boards.
• Research and source furniture, finishes, accessories and FF&E items.
• Manage supplier communication, coordinate material samples and maintain FF&E documentation.
• Prepare and update material, furniture and FF&E schedules in Excel.
• Collaborate with CGI artists and design engineers across project teams.
• Assemble polished PDF booklets for client presentations.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in super‑yacht or luxury residential interior design.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhinoceros with ability to use InDesign and AutoCAD.
• Creative problem‑solver with a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach.
• Self‑motivated professional with a growth mindset and strong adaptability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for sourcing and selecting FF&E.
• Resilient and efficient in high‑pressure, fast‑paced studio environments.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Rome or willing to relocate, with valid EU work authorization and availability to work on‑site at least three days per week.
