About the role

We are seeking an Intermodal Business Development Manager to join our Genoa office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the growth of our container logistics services by identifying and securing new opportunities in rail‑based transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in the shipping and rail intermodal sector.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and pinpoint emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement expansion plans and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in intermodal business development and growth‑strategy definition.
• Strong track record of negotiating and managing relationships with major partners.
• Advanced knowledge of business management and sustainable, innovative growth planning.
• Leadership abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of the English language.
