Internal Communications Internship – Corporate Storytelling

About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of corporate communication and employee engagement within an international luxury environment. You will strengthen your storytelling abilities while supporting both internal and external communication channels, including LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, editing, and publication of internal communication content across the intranet, newsletters, announcements, and executive messages.
• Contribute to storytelling initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding.
• Assist with LinkedIn editorial planning and content creation to showcase corporate initiatives and leadership communications.
• Draft communication materials tailored for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistent tone and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and other functions on cross‑functional projects and events.
• Help organise internal events, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor communication performance and benchmark best practices in luxury and digital channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Humanities, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong interest in corporate storytelling, executive communications, and digital content creation.
• Passion for luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries and awareness of current trends.
• Proactive, curious, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
