Internal Communications Lead – EMEA

About the role

UL Solutions is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape and deliver impactful internal communications across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will drive employee engagement for roughly 3,000 staff members while working in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an EMEA‑wide internal communications and employee experience strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Audit existing communications, create a roadmap, and activate both global and region‑specific campaigns.
• Partner with the EMEA Region Lead and site leaders to cascade strategic priorities and strengthen company culture.
• Support regional meetings and events, including CEO and ELT travel, and produce content for channels such as ULife and In Focus.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Communications, and External Communications teams to align employee engagement initiatives, town‑halls, thought‑leadership pieces, and media relations.
• Localise content as needed and nurture relationships across the region to source compelling stories.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Minimum five years of corporate communications experience, preferably in a global or regional role.
• Proven track record of creating data‑driven employee content campaigns.
• Experience working with senior leadership in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
