About the role
We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to cover a maternity leave, responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that engage employees, strengthen culture, and support business objectives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, edit, and distribute engaging content such as emails, newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and videos.
- Produce multimedia content and support visual storytelling using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to support initiatives and change‑management programs.
- Collaborate with the External Communication team to ensure message alignment across internal and external audiences.
- Support brand activation initiatives, ensuring internal audiences are engaged with key campaigns.
- Localize and adapt global communication campaigns and assets for the local market.
- Drive employee engagement through campaigns, events, and storytelling.
- Support leadership communications, including town halls, executive messaging, and speeches.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and optimise based on engagement metrics.
- Coordinate internal events and company‑wide communication moments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and content‑creation abilities.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional, international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced setting.
