International Business Developer

About the role

i-Tech Industries, a leader in innovative devices for beauty, medical aesthetics, fitness, wellness and spa sectors, is expanding its global footprint. The International Business Developer will drive commercial growth in high‑potential markets, focusing on luxury spa & resort, beauty, fitness and wellness segments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and onboard new distributors and strategic partners across the assigned EMEA markets.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies to open new territories.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, supporting their sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor distributor performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Analyse market trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics to inform business development.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on commercial support activities for the assigned regions.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in international business development or sales, preferably in the beauty, medical aesthetics, wellness or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
