International Sales Coordinator & Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator and Support professional to join our International Sales team. In this dynamic position you will act as a central hub for indirect sales activities, supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth cross‑border operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the back‑office team.
• Draft and prepare internal and external communications.
• Coordinate and manage key administrative processes.
• Support visits from international physicians and distributors.
• Create, analyse, and manage sales reports.
• Develop professional presentations in English.
• Monitor payment behaviour of distributor countries.
• Respond to customer requests in collaboration with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Product Management, Medical Education, and other internal departments.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
• Proven experience working with international customers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and LATAM.
• Fluent verbal Italian and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to think strategically and work across functions.

Required skills

• Solid MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
