International Sales Development Representative – Medical & IVD Devices (Junior, Remote, Multilingual)

About the role

GrowthMedics is seeking a proactive International Sales Development Representative to support medical, veterinary, and IVD device manufacturers expanding across Europe and the Middle East. This remote, multilingual position focuses on outbound prospecting, distributor recruitment, and hospital sales to generate new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify prospects.
• Generate qualified sales meetings and build a robust pipeline for multiple manufacturers.
• Recruit and qualify distribution partners across European markets.
• Prospect and engage hospital decision‑makers, procurement managers, and key opinion leaders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and manage the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the growth development team to design and execute sales strategies.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional sales or business development experience.
• At least 3 years within the medical device, healthcare, veterinary, or life‑sciences industry.
• Proven experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor.
• Demonstrated success with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Fluent in English and Italian, plus German, Spanish, or French.
