About the role

The International Sales Director will lead the commercial expansion of new technology products across multiple regions, driving revenue growth and establishing long‑term strategic partnerships. This senior position combines deep technical understanding with market development and cross‑cultural negotiation to ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to penetrate new international markets and meet annual revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through complex contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with R&D to convey customer requirements and support product demonstrations.
• Design and deliver training programs for regional and subsidiary sales teams, providing tools, playbooks, and best practices.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate high‑value leads.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, legal, and operations to ensure seamless international product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in commercial roles within high‑tech or deep‑tech sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing international territories and negotiating complex deals.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross‑regional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with C‑suite clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% or more).
