International Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an International Tax Specialist to join our Corporate & International Tax team in Milan. Reporting directly to the Tax Manager, you will work in a dynamic, cross‑border environment supporting Italian entities and ensuring compliance with local and international tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the compliance process for Italian tax obligations, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports, including current and deferred tax calculations.
• Support tax audits, litigation, and rulings while maintaining relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Provide tax implications for business initiatives and assist in transfer‑pricing documentation in line with OECD guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance on tax cash‑flow forecasting and monitor changes in domestic and international tax legislation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a Big Four tax department or an international company with a strong corporate tax focus.
• Degree in Business Administration; Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Italian corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in fast‑moving, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative attitude.
