Inventory Analyst & Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Analyst & Supply Planner to orchestrate and optimise the flow of finished goods across the EMEA region. Based in Villorba, Italy, you will act as a key link between the Intercompany (ICO) team, the SIOP team and logistics, ensuring seamless regional distribution while maintaining high service levels and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods from plants to distribution centres across multiple EMEA countries.
• Develop and maintain distribution plans aligned with demand and supply forecasts.
• Ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment across the region.
• Manage master data, conduct aging reviews and re‑allocate slow‑moving stock to improve stock health.
• Optimise transport routes, consolidate shipments and support warehouse allocation decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory analysis and supply chain planning.
• Ability to coordinate distribution activities across several EMEA markets.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel to warehouses, plants or logistics hubs.
• Reports to the EMEA Intercompany Manager.
