Investment Banking Analyst – Global Banking Graduate Program (M&A)

About the role

Join BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking as an Investment Banking Analyst in a 12‑month Global Banking Graduate Program focused on M&A. You will start with a two‑week intensive development program, then rotate between the M&A team in Milan and a Global Capital Markets team in Paris, gaining hands‑on experience across advisory and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of presentations and pitches for M&A transactions.
• Conduct sector and company research, synthesising information from multiple sources.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation and risk analysis to support deal discussions.
• Assist in the execution of projects, including process management and preparation of marketing materials.
• Contribute to the marketing of transactions, helping define strategy, schedule and target investors.

Required profile

• Recent graduate recruited from a European university.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics or related fields.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate between Milan and Paris during the program.
