IT Factory System Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Factory System Specialist to implement, manage, and support manufacturing and laboratory applications within our pharmaceutical production environment. The role ensures that IT solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the high‑containment nature of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage manufacturing and laboratory applications in the company information system.
• Provide daily technical support for production and laboratory systems, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Manage connectivity and integrations between SCADA, PLCs, and corporate systems to guarantee reliable data flows.
• Review and update IT procedures to comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, SOPs, and system configurations related to production and laboratory systems.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing systems in regulated (GMP) environments.
• Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows client and server operating systems, networking, and database management systems.
• Solid functional analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage day‑to‑day activities.
• Good command of English and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
