IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will be the central point of contact for all technology matters within the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Working closely with LVMH Hotel Management IT teams, the role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and compliant IT services for the hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and document deployment of hardware, office equipment and software across the organization.
• Establish and manage maintenance contracts for the entire IT infrastructure.
• Enforce data‑security policies, ensuring GDPR compliance and secure access to internal systems.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of hardware and software, tracking budgets in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead procurement of IT equipment together with LVMH Hotel Management and Finance.
• Organise and execute IT projects (infrastructure and software) in partnership with LVMH IT teams.
• Perform routine technical tasks, provision equipment for internal users and support Wi‑Fi, telephony and home‑automation systems.
• Ensure timely software updates and conduct research on new technologies to improve the IT landscape.
• Provide regular activity reports to LVMH Hotel Management IT Department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT assets and infrastructure in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of data‑security standards and GDPR requirements.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and work closely with finance and hotel management teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to handle major incidents and crisis communication.
