IT Specialist - Europe & Canada

About the role

Atlantic Gate is seeking a proactive IT Specialist to support its operations across Europe and Canada. Based in Genoa, Italy, you will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance while contributing to strategic IT projects that span multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on helpdesk support to internal users.
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Linux servers, and other internal systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and servers.
• Support remote environments such as Citrix, VDI, and Remote Desktop.
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and overall IT infrastructure.
• Participate in IT projects, including documentation, planning, and delivery.
• Perform regular system maintenance and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on mindset.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
