IT Specialist – Windows & Linux Support

About the role

The IT Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of our Windows and Linux environments, support end‑users on PCs and mobile devices, and maintain the hardware and network infrastructure. You will join a structured training program within a multinational industrial group and have opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Set up PCs and smartphones, install software, and create/manage user profiles.
• Perform hardware maintenance and repairs.
• Administer local network devices and servers in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Provide first‑line help‑desk support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• 5‑year professional diploma or equivalent technical education.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Empathy, good listening skills and respect for colleagues.

Required skills

• Windows operating system administration.
• Linux operating system administration.
• Android and iOS device knowledge.
• PC hardware setup and maintenance.
• Smartphone configuration.
• Network device management.
• Server management in Windows/Linux environments.
• Help‑desk troubleshooting.
