Junior Analyst – Demand Planning

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Junior Analyst to join its Demand Planning team in Turin. You will support the end‑to‑end forecasting process, turning reactive planning into a proactive, data‑driven function that improves production reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of the forecast workflow, from data submission to allocation.
• Increase forecast reliability and align demand with order intake and execution, reducing volatility.
• Define and monitor performance KPIs that measure forecast quality across planning horizons.
• Integrate production constraints such as capacity, powertrain and supply limits early in the planning cycle.
• Use data analytics and AI‑based tools to anticipate risks, challenge inputs and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to the shift toward preventive planning, enhancing visibility and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Economics; a Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations or Data Analytics is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in data analysis with a strong interest in advanced analytics or AI.
• Familiarity with demand planning or supply‑chain processes is appreciated.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
