Junior Art Director (Creative Agency)

About the role

You will join Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) as a Junior Art Director, working within an international creative team that produces 360° communication projects for Ferrero and its brands. This hands‑on position offers exposure to multiple markets and channels, allowing you to develop your visual voice while building a solid professional foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of creative concepts from brief to execution across ATL, digital, and social campaigns.
• Produce key visuals, layouts, mood boards, and communication materials that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate daily with copywriters, account teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality.
• Participate in production phases, including shoots and post‑production, to help translate concepts into final assets.
• Manage feedback, timelines, and multiple projects while adopting a structured workflow.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Arts or a related field.
• Strong visual sensitivity, curiosity for storytelling, and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel for business purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI‑based creative tools.
