Junior Associate - Corporate M&A Team

About the role

Dentons Italy is looking to grow its Corporate M&A group and is recruiting a Junior Associate based in its Milan office. The Corporate M&A team consists of specialised lawyers recognised for their expertise, and joining the department means working in a rapidly growing group, receiving specific training and taking part in innovative legal issues.

Required profile

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current licence to practice law in Italy.
• Between 1 and 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate M&A, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High-level English (C1 certificate); other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, global mentality and ability to adapt to an international environment.
