Junior Business Development Specialist

About the role

Infinity Consulting is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Specialist to join its Milan office as part of a structured apprenticeship program. You will receive hands‑on training in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector, learning how to prospect, generate leads and support commercial negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate new leads across target industries.
• Prospect and acquire new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiation and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and support proposal preparation.
• Contribute to the development of specific market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
