Junior Buyer Intern

About the role

Join the Procurement team at Iveco Group in Turin and support daily purchasing activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global, dynamic environment. This internship offers exposure to key buying processes across an international automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update purchase orders in SAP.
• Monitor order confirmations and delivery status.
• Assist with invoice verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Collect, organize and analyse purchasing data.
• Prepare reports, presentations and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records.
• Support the Purchasing team in routine tasks and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering), Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
