Junior Communication Specialist (VIE) – Conselve, Italy

About the role

Join the MarCom Cooling Line team as a Junior Communication Specialist on a VIE contract, based in Conselve, Italy. You will support the UNIFY program by using communication to align cultures, share knowledge, and drive organizational transformation across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across digital, internal communications, and events.
• Develop and refine messaging and campaign assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and audience engagement.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible content.
• Support global communication initiatives linked to the UNIFY program.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and business stakeholders to align with strategic priorities.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and quality across all deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and help improve processes, tools, and content effectiveness.
• Promote best practices in content dissemination, especially for internal communications.
• Assist the team in adhering to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related area (including internships or apprenticeships).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong interest in integrated marketing and internal communication.
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging messages with guidance.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Curious, proactive learner, especially regarding technology‑related content.
• Analytical mindset with interest in tracking performance and improving content effectiveness.
